How you can help

We need help with restoring the old vehicles. Currently underway is the restoration of the 1926 Garford and the 1958 F12 pumper. If you are an auto mechanic, can spray paint or are handy with automotive electronics we could certainly use the help!

There is someone at the Museum on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday so if you have any time to spare please come along and give us a hand. We look forward to seeing you here.

If anyone has a 16mm film projector they could lend us please let me know.

The Museum has recently acquired new software that allows us to scan and store photographs and documents in an electronic archive. If you have any photos that you would like to lend to the Museum so they can be scanned, stored and shared with other members please contact me on . We are particularly interested in photos of the Task Forces sent to Sydney during the 1994 bushfire crisis.

If you have any photos or memorabilia you would like to share, please let us know as we are interested in any donations you would like to make.

We are also interested in building up a database of current and former firefighters so please take some time to fill out the form and tell us your story. Your information will not be shared with anyone else but will form part of the Museums archival information for future generations. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to drop me a line on the email address above.
